Dr Lewark closed all his practices. No letter to patients. Saw him about 2 months ago & nothing said about closing. What happened???

Dr. Newark and his staff are wonderful. Everyone is always kind, friendly and always welcome me by name. Can't say enough good things about them

I had an issue last week-peritonsillar abscess, and he treated it conservatively. He offered to help me further if I had pain over the weekend (and he was not even the Dr on call). Well, I did have pain over the weekend but it was after midnight, so headed to the ER, rather than call in the middle of the night. They drained the abscess, but told me to follow up with Dr Lewark. Long story short, he had to finish getting rid of the abscess in his office, very quickly. His professionalism, honesty and being a great Dr were very evident. I was in a bad place, and he helped me tremendously, as well as educated me. His patients come first, so you should use him as your ENT. He has an excellent reputation, who takes his job very seriously.

Dr. Lewark is an understanding, matter of fact Dr. With a great sense of hunor and caring. I am under his care for both routine sinus related issues as well as hearing.

Both my children have been seeing Dr. Lewark for over a year now. The entire staff, from front desk to audiology to the his nurse Tonya and Dr. Lewark himself, are so nice, helpful and really make us feel valued as patients.

I was referred to Dr. Lewerk by my Primary Care Provider. My Primary Care Provider is also a patient of Dr. Lewerk. Those who work in the healthcare industry trust Dr. Lewerk as their own ENT. He's a 'Doctor's Doctor'. Dr. Lewerk's reputation among his peers speaks for itself. Dr. Lewerk was not 'rushed', and spent more time with me than most physicians do. He allowed time for me to ask questions, while providing very useful patient education. As patients, we need to prepare ourselves before visiting Doctors. We need to write down questions we want to ask our Dr. We should bring past medical records and/or xrays from prior Doctors so our medical conditions can be treated in a more timely manner. It also saves us money by not having additional Dr. appointments. CAUTION: As patients, we all need to be analytical and 'read between the lines' as we read online reviews. I worked for some of the founders of the website called, 'Health Grades'. I questioned their… motive and reputation. When choosing a medical professional, it is important to base our opinions using various sources. For example, going to the website 'Glassdoor' and find opinions from employees who work for medical websites gives some inside knowledge. Information from employees who work for medical websites can also be helpful when making medical decisions.

I found Dr. Lewark to be a very caring, concerned and dedicated doctor. I was referred to him for Tinnitus. During the exam, other issues were found which made the Tinnitus secondary. Dr. Lewark made several recommendations for followup care. I was due to travel overseas in two days - Dr. Lewark personally called a friend who is a physician to get an immediate recommendation as to whether I should travel or not. Dr. Lewark went well above and beyond any expectation I had for a 1st time patient. I was treated by Dr. Lewark and his staff as if I had been a patient who they have known for years... I highly recommend Dr. Lewark - he is a truly dedicated professional.

Dr Lewark is amazing! He is professional, friendly and quickly puts you at ease. The office staff could stand significant improvements. They seem to work at a snails pace with little respect for your time, to include time spent on hold during phone calls. But it is worth tolerating an inefficient check in process to receive excellent care from the providers. Is
