He does his best to help us understand what is going on with our son. He even contacted doctors in Europe and Japan to find out more about our situation. Trust him, but give him time, he will always get back to us, even if it takes a few weeks

Dr Pierson is a unique doctor who seems to understand how to talk to families like us who don't know medicine or science. Our son has a rare gene that Dr. P explained how it works, and how he will work to help us. He keeps in contact with us to keep us up to date on what is going on with the disease. On top of all this, he makes our child laugh

Finally a doctor that knows how to speak to parents!! Our daughter has a rare genetic disease that affects your brain. He explained everything to us so clearly, answered all my questions and never once did I feel that he was rush to get us out. He answers emails with in 48hrs. He is so professional and pleasent. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him.

The review is about the office staff. I never met the doctor but his office staff has a very unfreindly attuide on the phone, they seems it be rash and uncare.
