While every interaction I had with the people at the Salato office was very professional. They were also extremely considerate kind and didn't miss any questions and encouraged me to ask questions if I had any. These people are absolutely the best out of the three clinics that I have gone to regularly in the past

Dr Smith cares about my health. I trust him.

Dr. Smith is compassionate, has a really great mind, he's very motivated to give us as patients his very best. This is such an exceptional thing in today's society. I find the BSW health system rather overwhelming -there are so many parts and so many different phone numbers to call. I dislike that I cannot call the doctors office directly. I have to go through the app or through a phone contact that then presents it to a committee and then gets it back down to Salado. I love the people at the Salado clinic. They're positive n optimistic n cheerful. I always feel hopeful after I leave the clinic. I find the nurses that first interview me are very relaxing, they seem unhurried and they kind of get all my information together to pass on to Dr. Smith. His presence is very healing, In therapy and counseling we call this a "transformational personality." I would prefer to be in his presence, but I have a work schedule and my client lets me take a break and have this video interview. Because… there's a strong rapport w Dr Smith the video interview is this is almost as good as being in person in the Salado office.
