Very Disappointing Experience My experience with this Nurse Practitioner on July 31, 2026, was extremely disappointing and distressing. I was scheduled to meet with her to have documentation completed for my SSI claim. Unfortunately, I felt that I was not given a fair opportunity to explain my situation or concerns. I was frequently interrupted, and when I was allowed to speak, I felt that I was spoken to in a condescending manner, as though I were a child rather than a 44-year-old adult seeking professional assistance. I live with severe depression and anxiety, and this interaction had a significant negative impact on me emotionally. What should have been a professional and supportive appointment became an extremely stressful experience that left me feeling overwhelmed and mentally distressed. What makes the situation even more disappointing is that, since the appointment, no one from the office has contacted me to follow up, ask about my experience, or check on how I was doing… after such a difficult encounter. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, compassion, and the opportunity to speak openly about their circumstances—especially when seeking assistance with something as important and stressful as an SSI claim. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received that level of care during this appointment. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and considers how patients are treated during these sensitive appointments. I would not recommend this provider based on my experience.
