I don’t even think that was my doctor! I had to wait for a very long time and my time is valuable too. I almost left and then his doctor came in and didn’t understand what he was saying but I think he was pretty rude to me and I don’t know if I’m gonna come back again. First of all, I have a urinary infection and he didn’t even give me any antibiotic explorer or anything, but that’s OK. I’ll get them from my regular doctor when she gets the report. I’m not happy with him at all. I hope that wasn’t my regular doctor that I’ve been going to in the past. I’m sure there’s a lot of urologist around here and I could find a much better one.

Ever since I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, Dr. Kumar and his staff have been nothing less than awesome. The medical assistants and administrative staff are always very professional and friendly. Dr. Kumar and his midlevel clinicians always take the time to answer all of my questions, and never make me feel like my visit isn’t important. I am very grateful that the VA has teamed up with Dr. Kumar’s office.

Dr Kumar and all the staff that I encountered were very professional and friendly. I had to wait maybe 15 minutes before and 20 minutes after I went into the room to see Dr K. That’s not too bad at all in my opinion. I don’t remember having to wait at all before during my previous visits, so I’m quite satisfied with Dr K and Advanced Urology.

This was my first appointment with Dr Kumar, I was impressed that I was provided the pre-enrollment forms via the patient portal. The staff checking me in was very friendly and respectful, once called (on time) the PA was excellent asking important question and taking blood for a PSA test. I rarely have anyone hit my vein on the first try, not only was this accomplished it was over before I had a chance to look. When I seen by Dr Kumar he asked good question and carefully listen to each of my responses. He did all the necessary check ups, set up a time frame for a follow up visit and walked me to checked out desk. I would describe Dr Kuman as a warm, friendly and knowledgeable doctor.
