Dr. Udita R Jahagirdar, MD

After many years of trying to find a good, kind, understanding Gynecologist , I finally found one, Dr. Udita Jaghirdar. She is nice, comical at times when needed, gentle, listens which many other doctors don't have that virtue. Today, was my second appointment with her and I was greeted with Terri at the front desk, who was friendly and put me at ease, the nurse, was cheerful and after she called my name to come back, she asked my how I was? Janet, the office manager, was very kind also, she called me about my test results and then answered my questions about the results. I felt neither of these nurses nor Dr. J. to be never in a hurry to move me along. What an answer to my prayer!

I saw Dr. Jahagirdar for the first time last week. As a new patient I was a bit anxious, but after walking into the office I was greeted by Terri at the front desk and she couldn't have been any more welcoming. She was juggling several patients and tasks at once, however she never missed a beat. My wait time was minimal, and her nurse was very pleasant and thorough. Dr. Jahagirdar is such a caring person. I definitely made the right decision coming to this office

Dr Jahagirdar is a master surgeon and I am very grateful to have her as my doctor for many years. She just performed a total hysterectomy on me (bikini cut) and it went extremely well. She is a very qualified doctor, very caring and surrounded by a great team of professionals. Her nurse Gabriele is amazing. Her assistant Diana helped me ease my worries in the last few minutes before the surgery. If you ever need a surgery like this, you'll be in good hands with her. Experience matters!

This has been an excellent experience. I had surgery with Dr. Jahagirdar. It went great. She is kind, patient and caring. Her staff was completely helpful and kind. The hospital nurses love her too! If you need a new Dr. Dr. Jahagirdar is wonderful.

Dr. Jahagadir patiently explained everything to me before surgery. She promptly and clearly answered all of my questions. She was always willing to speak with me in person or over the phone. I couldn't be happier with her care, professionalism, and expertise. I highly recommend her.

About 20 years ago, I had a skin problem which several gynecologists failed to diagnose the condition, Dr. Jahagirdar was able to properly diagnose the condition immediately, and confirm with testing. We have had a great relationship ever since for all my Gynecological needs. A few weeks ago, I went to Dr. Jahagirdar with a condition which she identified as both anterior and posterior prolapse; Gabriela, her nurse, had the entire procedure setup within 6 hours and explained the entire procedure to me in detail to address any of my concerns. Dr. Jahagirdar was reluctant to operate immediately without first strengthening the tissues for three weeks, I am now three weeks past a successful robotic surgery to correct the prolapse, the recovery has been very good with no use of anything other than OTC pain relievers, which I credit to her skill and treatment. The surgery was at Advent - Altamonte, the post surgery care and staff was great. When asked by friends, I recommend Dr.… Jahagirdar without reservation.

I love the Dr. Her and most of her staff is great, except for one absolutely wretched receptionist she just won't fire. I would just hang up if I heard her and wait for someone else. Well today I called and the nicer of them didn't want to take my information / request because "they wanted to get out of there." It was 8 minutes until. It would have taken less than 2. It could have been done in the time it took for her to tell me they wanted to leave repeatedly. Dr Unitas, if you read this, all of your bad reviews are over your receptionists! This is the final straw for me. I hate changing when you have a good doctor, but the whole experience has to be ok.
