Dr. Uma Jamched, MD

I absolutely adore Dr Uma Jamched, her assistant and her staff with one exception. She has the rudest, most controlling, overbearing front office person (who also declared that she was office mgr.) I have ever encountered. I phoned the office later and guess who I spoke with, her side of the conversation when she realized who I was, implied to anyone listening, that I was being aggressive and rude and hung up on me. But, the hilarious part of this is that I had just been telling a friend how sweet and nice her staff was. Having multiple life threatening issues, I now feel uncomfortable having to go through her to reach my doctor. Professionals need to be aware that front office persons are the first impression that a patient or customer has of their business and sadly, most times the last impression . I personally would want it to be a good one. This is my personal experience and opinion only.

Takes time to listen and she never has rushed me. She also stern when it is needed which in my case that is a good thing. Would recommended her to anyone. Love the staff always very helpful and friendly.

Dr Uma Jamched is disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate of other people's time. She was our assigned doctor at Northside Forsyth

They are awesome! Had a bad stomach bug. They fixed me!

Availability of appts. without waiting weeks, usually prompt appointments, don't feel RUSHED in and out!

Staff has been very rood and shouting on the Phone to book an appointment.

Super sweet, very down to earth
