Dr. Uma Malempati Rao, MD

I was very excited to see her from so many good reviews and word of mouth, however, she was horrible, took no time, judged me, no bedside manner. The fact that a plastic surgeon is a supervising physician presents Many conflicts of interest. I’m sure if I paid out of pocket for her Botox package she would have spent more time with me, and that is sad.

I have always found Dr. Rao to be more than generous with her time in explaining illnesses and conditions. She told me that not all strains of HPV cause cancer, when she told me about the vaccine for the strains that do cause cancer. She and her staff are always friendly and helpful.

She told me in an office visit once, that HPV didn't cause cancer, take all the time you need to digest that.

SHE MAKES YOU SO AT EASE, AND IS A VERY GOOD LISTENER

I met this doctor at Chestnut Medical Group of Fresno. Love her! She also does aesthetic procedures and created her own skin care line. Had a QX Max laser treatment at her office and my skin has never felt so clean and tight.

My experience with Dr. Rao was great! but since she left mystique medical spa back in 2008 my experience hasn't been the same. I have never meet the new Medical Doctor they have, for I think the doctor is not involved. She was very involved in what she did, and how she did it. Answered all my questions and made me feel at ease.
