I made a Telehealth call. There is limited that they can do without physically seeing patients. I had strep throat after both my kids had it and it likely wasn’t a hard diagnosis. Calling in was much easier and convenient than going into the doctor. Just a few minutes over the phone instead of sitting in a cesspool of disease at the doctor office.

I am disappointed by the consultation I received. Not only did Mr. Ghumman rush through our visit, he was light on details as to why he decided to prescribe the medication he did, told me to rely on the pharmacist for assistance in how to use the two different medications he prescribed, and then ended our telehealth call when I followed up with more questions. I am taken aback by his clear apathy for listening to his patients.
