Upasana Kochhar, MD

I wasn’t all that impressed with Dr. Kochhar. She is very young, which isn’t the issue, it’s the fact that she didn’t have the comforting quality that I was looking for in a doctor, when speaking about my ailment. On more than one occasion she wouldn’t let me finish what I was saying, making me feel stupid and she didn’t speak with the confidence and assurance that a seasoned, more experienced doctor should. I didn’t feel like I got to ask all the questions I wanted to nor was particularly happy with the answers I received when asking questions. I felt like I was being judged by her, honestly, and I just don’t think she has the maturity of a great doctor yet but after many years of experience I feel she can get there.

Appointment time was met. No waiting! Dr Kochhar is winsome and professional. Palpating technique is gentle. Overall examination was thorough and detailed. Questions asked by the Dr. were searching and appropriate for profiling. Impressive first encounter.
