Will not go back to her. Pushes her own agenda on patients/parents. Bad experience!!!!

Dr. Pertl was the attending pediatric physician at Children Primary Care in Murrieta. Daughter went it with swallen knee and sat with the doctor of a few minutes. It took longer to fill out new patient form and insurance form. 2 minutes time she looked at the knee and sent my wife and daughter to ER across the street which was not necessary. That is why we went to her for her to check it. Our insurance did not have to pay that ER bill and we did not have to pay $150 copay. She should have returned our regular Doctoc's co pay since she did not really do anything. We are a new patient to this facility since we moved from San Diego to Murrieta. Now with the experience we had, we went back to Sharp Rees even though it's a drive. Don't know why we got her while we signed up for Dr. Grant as our kids primary pediatrician. 2 minutes talk should be free of charge. Since ER was the one who took care of my daughter and not her.
