Dr. Urvi Bhagirath Pajvani Gonzales, MD

I waited for over 3 months for an apptmt with Dr. Gonzales. My daughter has Down Syndrome and was experiencing some hair loss/scalp issues. The Friday before the Monday apptmt, office called to say the appointment would have to be cancelled because my daughter had Medicaid. MY DAUGHTER HAS MEDICARE AS PRIMARY; SHE HAS BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD FED GOVT AS SECONDARY; and Medicaid as a last insurance. We have primary care providers, neurologist, cardiologist, etc., who do not accept Medicaid, but it is not a problem because she has two other insurances that are billed first. I am aware many offices don't take Medicaid, but if you have two other insurances, everyone accepts those! I am beyond frustrated with this office staff. I sent a letter to the doctor with my concerns and received no reply.
