Wait time was fine. Unhappy about the assessment and so-called "treatment" plan. Don't feel like I was really listened to. Feels like a massive waste of my time and money to be sent back to PT before they'll approve any imaging of my arm. I think these hoops I'm required to jump through are both unfair and inappropriate for the situation. I've had this issue for over a year and a half. More PT isn't going to fix anything. And it's going to cost me a lot of money to just do more damage to my arm via the PT they're requiring I do, when what I need is pain relief and ability to get back to normal use and normal function of my dominant arm as soon as possible and that doesn't seem to be a shared concern or a goal of the professionals...

Dr. Ashraf was professional, polite and relatable. He understood my concern and took the action that I back 100%. I needed physical therapy and the detailed referral he wrote was excellent.

Always a positive experience with this provider for rehabilitative services. Whether for initial evaluation or pain injections he is thorough and professional and takes the time to explain procedures and answer my questions. Office staff are kind and very helpful. Wait time is negligible I usually get in right away.

Dr Ashraf was very impatient with my mother that suffers from dementia. He was very condescending towards her when she took a little longer to comprehend what he was asking and laughed in a couple of instances. He asked her if I was her “bodyguard” when only there to assist with her being comfortable for the tests administered.
