She is a wonderful doctor And thanks to her l am much better l can do other staff in my home, she gave a stupendous treatment. God bless you all Uzma Syeda she is the best doctor.

A rheumatologist that listens to you and has a great office staff! They work with you and you feel worth while.

Dr Seyda diagnosed my condition quickly and prescribed the correct medication which aided in a quick recovery. She moniters my bloodwork regularly. Always listens and willingly answers qestions. I thank God that he sent me to her. Her staff is friendly and caring.

Grapevine Rheumatology Clinic has an awesome doctor Dr Syeda and Nurse practitioner Kim. I have been seen both over the last 1 year. Great bedside manner, very pleasing personality, and very competent. Totally trust her opinion, and highly recommend her to everyone!!!

Dr Syeda has been a thorough, compassionate doctor who has helped me tremendously....I am much improved after her diagnosis and treatment. She is easy to talk to and unhurried in her approach. The office staff is mediocre...they don't answer the phone or return calls promptly and seem "scattered". The office itself really could use some updating and decor in general...it has an odd smell and no decor to speak of...unfortunately, this does not give a good first impression. They could warm the place up and make it much more welcoming for the patients with some rugs, pictures, mirrors, etc...all in the name of customer service. However, I have chosen to ignore the aesthetics of the place because the doctor has been greatly helpful with my condition, which is what matters to me.

My daughter went in with a rash we assumed was associated with her Celiac--it was manifesting in a new and different, painful way. All Dr. Syeda did was berate my daughter for still being on the meds she prescribed (we were never told to stop them) and that the rash looks like eczema and my daughter should just wear makeup to cover it up. Now my daughter's rash is worse, with open sores. I am still trying to find another doctor. Do NOT go to this doctor--from our experience she does not care about her patients at all.

My husband went to see this doctor. The staff is extremely rude. They sent my husband for over 4000.00 worth of blood work and sent him to an out of network lab company. We received a bill for almost 1000.00 in lab costs due to this error. When we contacted the doctors office they said they did nothing wrong. They print out the lab orders and they always do it right. If they had printed out the lab orders correctly then when my husband went to the out of network lab company they sent him to the lab company would have denied the orders as they would not have been theirs. They gave my husband the lab orders and even wrote down the address and told him where to go. We called and asked to have the doctor call us and were told "the doctor does not call patients". They called my husband a liar on the telephone and told him it was his mistake and they were not responsible. I recommend you do not use this doctor as you will be broke due to errors on her staff's part before you leave… their office.
