My huge polyp was a real challenge and another doctor wanted to do an extreme surgery. I went to Dr Nfonsam for a second opinion. He calmly studied all of my previous scans and tests and said he felt there was a much less invasive way to handle the removal. After additional testing we reviewed the results and he was confident he could get it done and he did with wonderful results. He is kind, funny and intelligent. He will not hurry to make his surgery plan he really thinks it through. He is as good as it gets.

Dr. Nfonsam is not only a wonderful surgeon, but he is also an extremely caring person! He is funny and kind as well as gifted! I will definitely keep him as part of my medical team as well as refer others to him!

Dr. Nfonsam is unlike any Dr. I have met and I have unfortunately met too many! I absolutely love his personality...He engages with his patients on a real human to human level rather than acting like he knows more...He is invested in his patients fully. I had surgery with him this year and he absolutely knows what he is doing! I will go back to him as soon as the need for more colon surgery arises because I have complete faith that he knows what he is doing and beyond as well as being the truly invested in his patients. His team is amazing also and do whatever necessary to help you with your needs. I also love the area in the hospital where Dr. Nfonsom puts his patients recovering from major surgery. I have had to stay in hospitals more often than I like to admit and his choice of surgical recovery and hospital stay is the best I have ever experienced! Such team work on all levels with this Dr. and all who work with him!
