Very bad experience here. Missed diagnosis on my child that other pediatrician picked up on right away. No sinks in exam rooms during a pandemic?? No sinks in exam rooms during child visits after seeing sick patients? Completely unprofessional, fighting with staff and office personnel in hallways, not practicing evidence based medicine. Also does weekly Covid data posts on social media where she misinterprets the data. Bad DO. Go elsewhere and protect your kids.

Transferred to Dr Val when kids were 8 and 10. Annual check up experiences would be considered fine, except she didn’t catch an issue that she should have seen. Even though charts were transferred, she never reviewed them or charted my kids medical history into her system so she was only looking at the years they saw her. During exams, she talks more about her twins and wants to compare all patients to them. I don’t care about her kids, I’m paying her to pay attention to mine and what is going on with them. This is her job as a doctor. The staff are also horrible. Folks were hopeful when the last office manager left, only it’s gotten worse since then. I would not recommend her as your pediatrician.

Worse office I have ever been to. Everything from patient care to the billing was a terrible experience.
