Dr. Valerie Atosa Gershenhorn, DO

Doctor Gershenhorn and her office failed to properly document the results of my ultrasound evaluation. They also claimed to be able to perform the cyst removal procedure at their location but then changed their minds and told me to go elsewhere. They were then unable to give me an accurate procedure code to submit to the next provider who will perform the procedure. They gave me a range of codes since they failed to document the length and other morphological characteristics of the cyst. The entire visit felt rushed, no wonder she didn't document it correctly. So now I must get the ultrasound interpreted again before the surgery. We are talking about a cyst that is causing me pain and has not yet gone to pathology, so it could be cancerous. No compassion or care from the doctor. I have already contacted a lawyer and have made an appeal with my insurance company for a refund on the service. This isn't about some $35 copay, it's about not getting quality medical care. Avoid at… all costs.

Have been to two others doctors,no one was better then Dr. ValerieGershenhorn, she was amazing, caring, listens, answers all questions , any body looking for a dermatogist this would be her. ,All my issues were addressed and taking care of in one visit.
