Valerie Halpin and the team were very supportive, listen to my concerns and helped me through the process. Never felt that I was being talked down to.

Office staff is great: always friendly and takes the time to address scheduling or billing concerns. This provides a very supportive environment for folks with bariatric surgical needs. Dr. Halpin would receive a higher rating if she would listen a bit more intently and acknowdege that when the patient is voicing a concern that there is a problem or issues, most likely there is something going on. Goal would be for Dr. Halpian to quickly identify complications from her surgical interventions so as to promote safer bariatric experiences for others.

I found Dr. Halpin professional as well as caring. She was interested in me as a person, not just a patient. I have enjoyed getting to know her better on follow up appointments.
