Dr. Valerie Jean Kuenzli, MD

I had no reason not to trust her because she took good care of my mom but not so much. I went in thing his copd was getting worse. She ran echo and said nothing more. When I took him to er they told me he needed taver years before when she did echo. Then I asked about dementia. She wouldn't diagnose him. He needed a neurosurgeon who said he was in late stages and had it for years. The last thing I took him in for a sore on his nose that coming back. She said put equator it. It kept coming back. I switched everything to. VA. SAW A DERMATOLOGIST and it's cancer.

Doctor visits are very difficult for me in general due to an anxiety disorder. Dr. Kuenzli does a wonderful job making me feel comfortable, listening to me, and communicating my treatment options in a way that makes me feel involved. Sometimes the wait to see her can be a bit long (in the room -not the lobby), but that's to be expected from a doctor who gives each patient the time they need and deserve. I never feel rushed or leave with any questions unanswered. She's just a lovely person who is very good at her job.

I have been seeing Dr Kuenzli for about 5 years. She is one of the most compassionate, caring Doctors I have ever seen. I am somewhat of a difficult case and not once has she ever given up on me. She always has "the next step" ready for me. She is ONE OF A KIND.

surprised by the two negative reviews, as that was not my experience at all. She asked lots of questions and listened to what I had to say. Better than most doctors in this aspect. I would recommend her.

She is a great physician which takes time to listen and treat you properly!! Awesome doctor!!

Not sure what the other two reviews are about, but my experiences with Dr. Kuenzli have been nothing but exceptional. She always takes time to listen to me and is obviously considerate of all sides of the problem. She always follows up on any tests and does her best to keep the costs of my visits and prescriptions low. I would *HIGHLY* recommend her to any prospective patient.

Poor doctor, doesn't want to listen to patients regarding their problems just seems to be interested in pushing the latest drug if they don't work. I felt like a guinea pig for her experiments. When i explained all the side efects she wanted to put me on some other medicine i've never heard of, they always have an answer. Overcharges for patient visits atfter being quoted different rates. Charges for unnecessary test , I would not recommend this doctor for anything, she seems to be willing to give you any medicine that she think will work, even if you explain serious side effects from the medication. Worse doctor i've ever seen "patience beware." Staff can be very short and rude.

I lost my job and therefore missed a doctors appt and was written a certified letter from Dr Valerie Kuenzli informing me that she will no longer be helping me. I have alot of physical ailments and really need a good doctor, not a doctor that kicks u out the door the 1st appt you miss, ESPECIALLY when that appt was missed due to getting FIRED from my job. I am truly dissappointed in her actions and would NOT recommend her to anyone. Try a more patient doctor, NOT DR VALERIE KEUNZLI or you may get a letter telling you to go find yourself a new one. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE for someone supposedly certified to be a doctor.
