Dr. Valery Petrosian, MD

Dr. P is amazing! I've been going to his practice since last year. He is very knowledgeable. He explains everything in simple English. He makes sure that you understand everything that he has explained to you before leaving the office. Wherever Dr. P moves to as an OBGYN I will definitely be his patient! His MA- Maria is awesome, she is so friendly and respectful, I leave the office laughing every single time. GREAT ATMOSPHERE FOR A DR OFFICE!

I changed OBs and was lucky enough that they were willing to accept me at 28 weeks pregnant. Thankfully, they ran tests and were much more aggressive than my lackadaisical previous OB...Dr. Petrosian sent me right from his doctor's appointment to the hospital. If he hadn't, I would have lost my life or my baby! I don't feel they are unnecessarily aggressive; only when necessary. His call saved my life and my baby's life (high blood pressure). So thankful to have found this office! The staff is kind, and I have had the pleasure of working with both midwives (Kathy Fair and Christine Hackshaw) in the 2 weeks I have been with this office. Due to my issues, I more than likely will have to see Dr. Val Petrosian throughout the remainder of my pregnancy, but that's okay. I am still in the hospital, and all three if them have already stopped by to see me. I am not just another patient, they truly take ownership over you and your BELIEVE you're in good hands as soon as you meet them. My husband… has already commented on how he doesn't feel rushed out of appointments, they take time to EDUCATE you on your prognosis, and they ask you if you have questions to make sure you understand what's going on with you and your baby. Truly made a god-directed decision by changing doctors!

Doctor walked out of the room while having a conversation with me and my husband and decided to discharge me at 30 weeks even though I'm high risk because I express my feelings towards his bed side manner in our first appointment . His reasoning for discharging me was that I said that he scare me and made me nervous.. now I'm highly stress looking for a new doctor I'm so dissapointed that doctors like him exist

Threatened to dismiss me from his practice if I gained anymore weight. I am 26 weeks pregnant. An awful doctor to say the least. So disconnected from how a woman feels and just know how to make a pregnant woman feel miserable and bad about herself. I will never go back to his practice again.

Great doctor!. Very patient .takes his time With his patients .Dr.P Petrosian is one of the best doctors i have ever met .i deff.recommend him to friends and family .

I had been having an ongoing issue and was referred to Dr Petrosian through a friend. Immediately he was able to correctly diagnose and treat the problem. What a great experience (if you can call any gyn problem great...). So glad I found him!!!

I agree with the other review, no bedside manners, very rude! I just moved and had to switch OBGYNs 3 months into pregnancy and left a very loved office in Orlando area. He has an attitude and talks down to you.
