I received terrible care from Dr. Treloar. She was rude and unresponsive.

I have been a patient of Dr. Treloar for years. I put up with her cold, clinical nature as she seemed fine for my limited needs. I went for a recent annual checkup with a number of specific things I wanted to bring to her attention. Her first response was a defensive, "we don't have time to go over these things, you'll have to set up another appointment." Then she proceeded with a rushed, incomplete examination. She was much more concerned with her own time than with me as her patient, in addition to being rude. I will never go back to her.

I had really looked forward to seeing Dr. Treloar about chronic symptoms, especially since she practices Integrative Dermatology, however she made a quick judgment and was very closed-minded about considering any extra details. I'm so disappointed. She was condescending and all of my questions were dismissed as irrelevant... it was astonishing. "I guarantee those are actually scars." "That's simply impossible." That's not bloated...it's fat." "For the exact same condition in your mouth, you need to see a dentist instead." No recommendations other than to wait for skin to slowly heal itself. Worst doctor I've ever seen. Her staff were excellent at least.

I've been going to Dr. Treloar for many years. She has a very consistent style, showing integrity...and has a consistent staff as well. They are all super friendly, helpful and genuinely want to help you with any condition or concern you may have. Dr. Treloar has a very caring and investigative approach. She will help you with a specific problem, but will also relate it to your overall well-being. Awesome!

She has provided me with extraordinary and attentive care for more than a decade.

I have been a patient of Dr. Treloar for for I am guessing at least 10 years. She has always been most attentive and caring of any concern I have, either big or small. Always takes the time to thoroughly check my skin on annual visits and provide me with the best care she can. I trust her totally because of past history with Basil cells and other issues she immediately takes care of or recommends a specialist if required, such as a MOS surgeon to cleanly remove a basil on my face with no scarring. Also her staff, Gail and Barb are most attentive and make me feel comfortable in her office.

I just had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Treloar for my annual checkup and again, was treated with the highest regard. She is always cheerful, positive, and highly professional. I had no problem getting an appointment and Barbara, the receptionist, and Gail are so helpful. I'm thrilled that Dr. Treloar is my dermatologist and just recently thanked my primary care physician for having recommended her to me several years ago.

She is really interested in me andmy problem

Made an appointment to see Dr. Treloar about a couple of skin issues. She did not show up for my 2 PM appointment until 2:30 and instead sent in a medical assistant (who was more caring and attentive than the MD!) to pre-screen me and take down all my information. When I brought up an additonal minor question that had slipped my mind during the medical assistant's interview, Dr. Treloar became condescending, irritated, and near-hostile, informing me that I must always tell the medical assistant these things first and that she would not address it. The one high point was the professionalism and caring manner of the medical assistant; however, Dr. Treloar has absolutely no bedside manner or compassion for the patient. I will be finding another dematologist who actually cares about the patient she is treating!

Came in for rosacea. Staff is great, wicked nice. I'm tired of taking antibiotics, she gave me great suggestions for treatment w/ non-medication. Went back after a couple of months and have had psoitve results w/ a change in my diet. She does NOT have her own line of products, but did suggest soem that are in office that others w/ same issue found helpful. I tried the spray and liked it, it can also be found on-line.
