Dr. Lam is the best!

Worst Quality Service. Not recommended

Went in for a f/u appt today and the front office wouldn't let me complete my visit today because of a past due balance. I had no problem paying the balance, but then the front office stated they couldn't make change. They are very unorganized and not the greatest customer service. While the front office was learning how to count change back, the nurse informed me that now my appt needed to be rescheduled because Dr. Lam was in a meeting. I book my appt 2 weeks in advance, didn't get to be seen, wasted my gas & time, and now they want me to find more time to set aside for their mishap. Very unprofessional. I like the doctor, however I will not go back due to his staff.

He listens to you, gives you detailed and specific plans of any treatments and always makes the right diagnoses. He has no "holier than though attitude" that most other Dr's "suffer" from (along with mis diagnoses and an attitude) and is both very personable, caring, intelligent and has a great sense of humor. I'm 57 and he has been one, on a very short list of Dr's. in my life, that I completely trust! I'm very relaxed with him, urgent Appointments are easy, the staff is a reflection of him and it's always a pleasure go there. My oldest Son referred me to him and I only wish it happened many years ago sooner! I would like to keep him for myself, but I urge anyone to go see him, as he will exceed all your expectations and then some. Plus, he cares about his Patients more than the money. Considering all of the above, what else would you want in your regular Dr.? Love Dr. Lam!!!
