Dr Sood was very professional and helpful

I saw Dr. Sood for the first time this week. I could not have been more impressed. She is smart, articulate, caring, and gives the impression of being extraordinarily competent. She had sensible, logical answers to all of my questions. Her description of next steps was extremely helpful to me. I am very happy to have her as my spine specialist doctor going forward.

I visited Weill Cornell Presbyterian Spine Treatment Clinic seeking specialized care for severe chronic back and shoulder blade pain. As a traveling artist with a significant social media following, I had specifically sought out one of the top specialists in the country for my condition. I was eager for a thorough assessment of my pain and hoped to receive in-depth insights. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Vandana Sood was disappointing. Although she reviewed my MRIs, she mentioned that it wasn’t her specialty and provided me with only a list of physical therapists, which I could have easily found online. The session felt rushed, and my questions were not answered, leaving me without any helpful advice. Additionally, one of the staff members at the registration desk heard about my experience and kindly offered a refund, saying someone would call me on Monday to arrange it, but I never received that follow-up. This lack of customer service has added to my disappointment. Thank… you for your attention to this matter.

Dr. Sood is one of the best doctors in sports medicine. She is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner.

My first appointment with Dr. Sood gave me an immediate sense of relief. Dr. Sood was thorough, attentive and provided a clear understanding of my situation. Her bedside manner was pleasant too. After explaining my treatment options, I felt confident that I had selected the right doctor to treat my condition.

I recently saw Dr. Sood for the first time. She was remarkably thorough in asking questions about my injury and my general heath. And she listened very attentively to my answers. I left feeling lucky to have found such an able, understanding doctor.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Sood and I found her lovely as a person and thorough in her exam as a doctor. She explained a possible non-surgical procedure I might be able to have once I get an MRI. While I didn't come prepared with many questions, I feel pretty confident that she would be responsive if I have some going forward.

Dr Sood was terrific. Loved her.
