If I could give get zero stars I would. Horrible experience. She shouldn't be working at a children's hospital at all. My son is 4 and autistic. Music helps to calm him when disregulated or in unfamiliar situations. She walks in and tells us "turn the music off i need to concentrate." I said he is autistic it helps to calm him. She said she has an autisic child. So either she doesn't care about what makes them comfortable or has zero understanding of autism because you don't take away their comfort items. Then she doesn't even give him the chance to be examined before telling us to hold him. I said again....if you allow him to try without being held he wont get so upset. Again she ignores what I, his mother, suggested and states " i know but we kust need to get this done." I got up and left. She created a negative experience for me and my child for ZERO reason. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS WOMAN. To top it off she was wearing a shirt with her stomach hanging out as if she was trying… to be a teenager. Ma'am you're in a professional medical setting- dress like it.
