Dr. Vanh Luangphakdy, MD

I was a patient of Dr Vanh for some years and I love the doctor. But the office is something else , including office manager never returns calls, forced to pay money with out being billed, and then they won t let you see the doctor unless you pay what they want ,even if you don t know what its for

I found Dr. Vanh to be extremely arrogant, dismissive, uncaring and unreliable. Our paths crossed while helping my parents navigate through a challenging, painful, and frightening experience. His aloofness and undependability were devastating and heartbreaking to witness. My parents treated him with patience, respect and kindness throughout our entire hospital experience and he reciprocated -in every step of the way- slowly and with a lack of compassion, dependability, or concern. There are many doctors to choose from. Stay away from this one!

Dr. Luangphakdy is one of the best doctors I’ve seen and I’m over 70. He is thorough, caring, listens and follows through. He is clear and honest in his remarks, and gives the time necessary for his patients to discuss their health needs.

One of the Best Knowledgeable, compassionate & understanding Doctors have ever had. He always has a bright smile . Takes caring time with you as a patient, this is very important to me ! He's thee Best !

No follow-up after CTscan, or Echocordo Staff waited 8 days after first test to report results. Staff makes result call late Friday. Not your typical report so we couldn't speak to anyone over the weekend. Would expect a call on Monday from anybody At MaxHealth group to call to set appt. to review test and proceed with plan of action. To leave test results with possible cardiovascular questions to worry over the weekend is not good. As of this writing which is one week after test results call we still have no review or discussion of results

Dr. "Vanh" is pleasant, professional and to-the-point. He quickly understands what's needed and provides appropriate care with no nonsense. Highly recommended!!
