Summary
I provide psychotherapy and medication management for adult individuals in my practice. I treat a variety of psychiatric and psychological conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, women's issues, psychological consequences of major medical illness, relationship issues, codependency, adult children of alcoholics, etc. My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic. I predominantly use psychodynamic and supportive strategies in my work. My interest is in working with the whole person. Therefor, I work in the relationship to address challenges that arise in treatment. Additionally, we can discuss diet, exercise and lifestyle recommendations.
