Dr. Vanosia Shablee Faison, MD

I have not been happy when going to Dr. Faison. She refused to write prescriptions that I have been on for years and she had my records! She stated she was calling in my medication and did NOT! Now that I have found a new provider and signed a release of records she refuses to send them! I don't recommend her if you need help because this provider has been mean to me at every appointment! 10 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Went in as new patient and also to hopefully get meds refilled since my previous Dr retired. Understandably Dr could not write Rx for all meds without my medical records. She was supposed to fill two meds and instead sent in a completely different medication that we never discussed and was the opposite of what I needed. She is completely incompetent. I highly do not recommend. There is a reason her office is empty at a time so many Drs can't even take new patients. Do not go this Dr. I recommend all of the patients leaving similar reviews file a complaint against her medical license. I cannot believe she sent in a med I have never been on and never discussed and is opposite of what we discussed. Awful.

Dr Faison actually wrote a prescription for me, replacing a med i had been on for 20 years, for a medication that was no longer manufactured. Refused to return calls to me and pharmacies that called her. I was forced to find a new doctor immediately. Then filled a claim on insurance for a wellness check which did not occur. Insurance has contacted her office and so have I and she makes not effort to correct the improper billing. No one should go to her practice.

Prattville Primary Care as a whole has rude, condescending staff! This dr has zero bedside manner or empathy! Took me forever to get up the courage to go to the dr and left feeling ashamed for even going! Staff makes a habit of treating patients less than human and the drs are no better. I hope and pray no one in real desperate need of a dr who truly gives a crap about their patients goes here! Don’t expect to be treated as a human! If you’re reading this, your voice matters! You as a human matter! Go where you are treated like you matter just as much as the next person because you do!
