I get my skin checkup 2x annually & the experience is always a pleasure. Dr P & staff are professional & helpful! I’m a satisfied cosmetic patient as well.

Booked an appointment on zocdoc and when I got there they gave me a story saying that the appointment had not been booked. Yet they actually showed me the paper saying that my appointment had been booked. I begged them to see me because it was an emergency and they made me wait an hour to then tell me that they couldn’t see me because they were backed up on seeing the patients. I wasted a day of work for nothing. They are very inconsiderate! Worse experience I’ve ever had at a doc’s office!

Horrible Front Desk Staff at skin centers of south miami - Manuel. Stay Away from this dr and office - they do not treat patients right. I called to let them know I was running a little late after being delayed seeing my own patients, and I got there and was told I would have to wait an hour to be seen because I was 15 min late. Why couldn't I have been told that over the phone when I had the courtesy to call? Horrible Service.

I love Dr. Poochareon! She's very friendly and has a great bedside manner. She spends a lot of time with you and is good about answering questions and explaining things very thoroughly and in a way that is easy to understand. I felt very comfortable with her and that's important to me. Excellent physician! I'm happy to be her patient.
