Excellent doctor. Was seeing another doctor and have seen Dr Rao 2 times, she is so caring and concerned about my health. Spends time with you and not rushed. Very happy I changed doctors.

Went to see this"doctor" she didn't know anything about me.have been seeing a rheumatologist for 5 years,but as soon as she saw me she told me I didn't have r.a. and never have. I asked a few questions and all she would say is I don't have r.a. even when I told her several times I had been seeing another doctor for it. She made me feel stupid and confused, rushed me out of the office and told me no follow up. I see many reviews that patients love her. Well this one DIDN'T! I think she could have handled this much better,she could have listened and answered some questions. So now I do not recommend her.

I have a referral from one of Dr. Rao's colleagues. I have been waiting one month. I have called several times to try and schedule an appointment. Every time I am told that I have to wait for the Dr to approve my referral. I guess she has too many patients to see new ones.

Her staff seems efficient in insulating her from patient contact. Initial visit provided some hope that she had a solution for me but after tests you just can't get her to call back

I have been a patient of hers for years now and I have never had better functioning. She explains things impeccably and listens so well, and works alongside me instead of insisting on her way being the right way. She makes it feel like a true partnership/team. I have never been so well overall and I credit her knowledge and guidance 110%!

I saw her as a patient for 1 year. I was never confident with her level of knowledge. I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis for over 40 years so I have seen many doctors in my time. She is sorely lacking in knowledge, compassion and people skills. I'm surprised she is on staff at Dallas Diagnostics. Sadly the choices for good Rheumatoid Specialists are lacking in Garland. Do yourself a favor a find a doctor who really cares about you. She doesn't.

Dr Rao spent 5 times as much time answering my questions as ANY Dr. I have ever seen. She was VERY knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice about excercise, diet and meds that would help my condition . She diagnosed a condition that two other doctors had not discussed with me. I wanted to see Dr. Inganati but had to wait a month. Dr Rao saw me within 2 days. I am glad that I saw Dr. Rao. I highly recommend her.
