Dr. Vasana Cheanvechai, MD

I have been a patient with Dr. Cheanvechai for 4 years. I had severe vein blockage in both my lower legs. Dr.Cheanvechai did test on both my legs to come up with options to resolve my issue. Dr. Cheanvechai was able to recommend walking, exercise, and medication to allow veins to regenerate and circumvent the blockage. After 2 years I have 100% flow in both my legs. I didn't want to have a procedure done and wanted a alternative natural way to fix the issue and Dr. Vasana did it!!! Other doctors wanted to operate... I highly recommend her and her outstanding staff, Yesenia and Jan. Easy to get an appointment and they are timely and extremely professional.

I was seeing another Dr for Vascular issue in my right leg, after ultra sound was told 2 arteries we blocked had 2 stents in middle artery 5 years ago. Now they did an ultra sound and said some signs of blockage in 3rd artery if continues my have to amputate, (NO WAY) Called my primary for referal and second opinion. Dr Cheanvechai did major testing like other but did not find same results. Suggested walking 30 minutes daily and a Statin for Cholesterol even though mine is not high. Other than my primary who recommended her she is on of the best I've seen and her staff is also great and Yesenia Ultra sound tech is the best and very through. I will be seeing them again in 6 months (looking forward to it).

I was a little skeptical after researching several doctors in this field I chose Dr. Cheanvechai, what a great decision that was. I love how she still practices safety features for her patients by checking in when you get there, staying in your car, wearing a mask, washing your hands when you go in especially now where so many people aren't doing that anymore. I feel safe!!! The staff Rosie, Quinn, Jessenia ALL of them, they are beautiful people very happy upbeat while being professional, I couldn't have asked more of a dr's office. Dr. Vasana herself is awesome very personable she explains everything from start to finish while letting me talk her ears off hahaha ?? I would recommend anyone looking for a vascular surgeon to give her a try they won't be disappointed.

My experience with Vasana Cheanvechai, MD and staff has been very positive. Through my vascular surgery, recovery and follow-up appointments Dr. Cheanvechai kept me informed all the way. Her nurses and technicians have been pleasant and efficient. I feel I'm in good hands with Dr. Cheanvechai and will continue to be under her knowledgeable and competent care.

2 weeks agoNEW “The worst medical office/doctor I have ever ever been too. The attitude from all of the staff, including the doctor was deplorable. Before I even walked into the door, attitude, upon asking any question, it went on with being disrespectful, talking down to and then it came from more staff members. From the very first initial contact, you are talked down too as if you were some form of lower life! It just kept getting worse, it was the saddest experience I have ever had from a Doctors office. The doctor happened to be in the front area, then she started with an attitude, asking a questing with an attitude. Now we know were all the disrespect and attitude comes from. Then there is a 2% extra charge if you use a credit card, Yes I could not believe it. Red Flog right there! What doctor does this today? That was the end for me, I had had enough of this foolishness'. I could not take it any long being disrespected. The whole process was ended and I found a much better… respectful doctor. If you like to be disrespected and treated like you are nothing then go see this doctor and the wonderful staff. Attitude from the front desk is unacceptable and will not be tolerated! So be Warned.” I quoted the above post because I myself have been subject to the same treatment and experience if not worse. Paid a copayment I should not have, paid 40.00 for support stockings, charged 2% when using a credit card. I left the office 2 weeks ago. My Endovenous Ablation Treatment is not complete? I actually developed a fear of going back. Now I must find a new Doctor because this could possibly be a botched surgery? Ordered i’m narcotic drug from my pharmacy for me to pick up the day before my first surgery and take the prescribed medication which I take already. When confronted that I was taking the same medication I was told by the doctor to just bring the medication back to the office. I did bring the medication with me and the bottle of medication but not returned to me with my name on it and my insurance company that paid for it. I find that to be most odd yet extremely questionable? Taking my personal medication from me and keeping it. A narcotic has me quite concerned? Holding my records until I pay a balance is what the front desk clerk said to me. Not good. I do not recommend this doctor or staff.

The front desk staff is extremely rude and argumentative. I would not recommend seeing the Doctor.

Poor customer service, girls in the front office are rude and disrespectful. As a new patient for the first visit I was yelled at and talked down to and as another female, that is unacceptable! Also you might want to know they charge a 2% transaction fee, to the total amount when you use a credit card, which should tell you something right there. I highly recommend you use another physician, no matter how many stars you see as the bedside manor is Poor. You were warned!

Dr. Cheanvechai is an excellent doctor. If I could give her and her staff Nicole, Diana, Telicia and Morgan a 10 star I would. Professional, Polite, Top Notch Care and Excellence. Please look no where else. You'll find everything with this Doctor and staff. Dr. Cheanvechai is extremely Knowledgeable, skilled and detailed. She really listens to her patients and their needs and puts you first. Plus she gives you 100% care and time. Thank you Dr. Cheanvechai for your amazing care and amazing staff

The Dr was pleasant but her office staff is unprofessional, do not call patients back, demonstrate a lack of knowledge or care for patients and maintain a dirty office. I like the Dr and she came highly suggested but would not go back.

Dr Cheanvechai is amazing. Her bedside manner is top notch. She puts you at ease no matter the circumstances. My mom is doing great. Thank you Dr.
