Was grateful to get an apt late in the day so I did not have to have my eyes dilated all day. And, they even waited for me when I was a bit late.

This was the worst experience I've ever had regarding a doctor visit. I will never see Dr. Arun again. I write this review as I am still waiting for her. I had a 10:30 appointment and it is now 2:00pm and I still haven't seen her. Furious is a gross understatement in describing my current state.

We have been going to Dr. Arun for a few years for our eye care, and we have been very happy with her professional yet kind approach. Last weekend, I brought my 5 year old daughter for her first ever eye exam. She was a little nervous but after meeting Dr. Arun and her staff, they were able to win her over. When we left the office she asked if she could come back tomorrow for another eye exam. We are glad to have found such a wonderful eye doctor and we are happy to recommend her.

Dr. Arun is courteous , professional, and very qualified. She is an excellent surgeon and I have had very outstanding results from having surgery done by her. She has an extraordinary staff of assistants who are really sweet, and pleasant to every patient in the office. I had questions before and after my surgery and the doctor and staff were very helpful throughout the whole process in making sure that I was very comfortable and knew everything about the situation at hand. Very thorough and we are very lucky to have Dr. Veena Arun in our own neighborhood.

Dr. Veena Arun is an increasingly rare type of doctor who is really in it for the patient's health. She is caring, kind, and very knowledgeable about her field. One of the best ophthalmologists in chicago!
