Summary
I come from a very large family; I am the seventh in a family of 13 children. I have always wanted to be a doctor and help the sick and disabled. After completing medical school in India, I got married and moved to Southern California, where I did my residency in anesthesia. My field of specialty is all about relieving pain; that's what fascinates me about it. It gives me satisfaction to help people in pain, especially labor pain, and I enjoy doing obstetric anesthesia the most. I have two beautiful girls and my husband is also an anesthesiologist. We have a lot to share.
