Dr. Veena Patel, MD

We have been patients of Dr. Veena for many years. Fabulous staff, she is also wonderful and has helped both of us tremendously. . Truly a caring doctor who knows her stuff!

Dr Patel may be a very good doctor, she saw my wife in the hospital and made a good diagnosis of her condition. On our first visit for consultation, the waiting period was not bad, my wife saw the doctor and she ordered a test. We went back to her office for the test and waited for an hour and a half before her assistant took my wife in for vitals, when she was finished she ask if the reason for the visit was for follow up. I told her it was for a test the doctor ordered and showed her the print our that was provided on the previous visit. She consulted with another person and we were told my wife had not been scheduled for the test and it could not be done that day. Their own documentation showed that she had been but no consideration was given to her for the distance traveled or time waiting. I'll repeat, Dr Patel may be a good doctor, if we see her in the hospital again I would not object to her caring for my wife but I would not take my dog to her for an office visit. One more… point, while we were waiting, I talked to a number of other patients that were waiting, every one of them said this was their last time coming in or that they were only there because their insurance forced them to this doctor. All complaints were directed towards the administrative personnel not the doctor.

Though wait time is long, she is the best. Very courteous and kind. She is extremely knowledgeable. Would wait for her if I need to.

She really searched for an answer for my problem.

Office staff is absolutely horrible. Their phone system is flawed beyond belief, and it's nearly impossible to make an appointment because of it. Dr.Patel on the other hand is an incredible Doctor. She needs to start over with her staff though and hire new people .

Dr. Veena Patel listened to my symptoms, but had no clue as to what's causing the pain. I have to make a separate appointment for every little thing when they can be done in one appointment. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They talk disrespectfully over the phone and does not know how to follow instructions. They messed up with my appointments several times, did not put in the referrals that the doctor asked for, and sent me the wrong documents instead of what I asked for. The staff is the worst. They can not do anything right and are terribly rude. Probably also why the wait time is so long.
