He is very thorough. He takes a personal interest in his patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Del Mundo's for over 10 years--he and his staff ( his nurses rock :) ) provide excellent care and service-Dr. Del Mundo takes the time to get to know his patients and addressees all of their concerns and how he approaches their medical needs

Dr. del Mundo is a wonderful doctor. I am very thankful he takes care of not only me but my entire family and their complicated conditions. He and his staff are extremely kind and you can tell they genuinely care for their patients. He treats his patients as friends and the staff is willing to go above and beyond.

Dr. Del Mundo is an excellent and skilled physician. We appreciate his taking such wonderful care of us.

Couldn't ask for a better Dr,very friendly and thorough. He remembers who you are when he see's you. Doesn't rush you out ,listens to every concern you have. So if you're looking for a GREAT doctor look no further.

At my first visit to Dr. Del Mundo's office I was very pleased. Following my intial visit is when I started experiencing many problems before being discharged as a patient. My previous doctor had prescribed a medication for my anxiety that worked well. When I called Dr. Del Mundo's office to let them know I needed a refill of this medication they had no sense of urgency with the matter. When they finally called back they said they wanted to try me on another medication because it would be longer acting. They expressed to me that if I had any problems with the medication to contact them back. When I first saw Dr. Del Mundo I had to sign a Controlled Substance Agreement because of the new laws. The medication that they prescribed to me made me very ill and on that Sunday I called his office so that I could express my illness to the nurse on call. When she called back I explained to her that the medicine had made me very ill and that I needed to be back on the medication I had… been taking previously. The "On Call" nurse for his office does not even work for his office nor did she have the ability "she said" to contact the doctor(so what reason they even have someone on call for I do not understand). She said that I would have to call back the next morning when the office was open. I called back on Monday morning and explained the issue and was expecting some sense of urgency, yet received none. That night at 7:30 pm I finally received a call from the nurse in his office letting me know that the prescription had been called in. I had made several attempts that day previous to her call to try and get in touch with the doctor to resolve this issue because I was very sick. Then I received a letter in the mail stating that his office would not see me anymore as a patient because I violated the contract stating that I called on Sunday(a weekend) to try and change the medication and that I could not do that. I told them that I was sick from the medicine they gave me and they said I should have gone to the emergency room. The office of Dr. Del Mundo has no sense of urgency or care for their patients. They will not call you back to address your concerns in a timely manner and there is an obvious lack of communication throughout his office. The staff does not care for the patients they serve and this poses a danger to all patients or potential patients. Stay away from this doctor's office. It is very poorly managed and your rights as a patient to be taken care of in a timely and respectful manner will not be satisfactory.

I struggle with constant digestive issues and sinusitis. first he was kind and said "anything you need Ill help." It started off that I'd get appointments and such like normal patients, then the staff started to refer to the ER a lot with a few appointments, then it got to them referring to the ER EVERY time even if it was a sinus infection. Went to an urgent care the last time and confronted them later about why they sent us to the ER and several days later get a certified letter saying he will no longer be my Dr. My family also saw him as well and when they wanted to talk to him about the situation they all got letters as well. Obviously this Dr doe3sn't know how to handle things properly. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Also staff was slow and it took forever for anything to get done. He's good at his practice but prefers to have his every 3 months patient.

My husband had been a patient of Dr. del Mundo's for years, then out of the blue he sends my husband a certified letter saying he was no longer gonna be my husband dr. anymore. With no kind of reason or nothing. I really think it was low down the way he went about it. He knew my husband worked out of town and was home only on Fridays, and that was the only time my husband could get in to see him, but as we all know, Dr. del Mundo is not there on Fridays. Other then that, he is a good doctor, but like I said the way he went about not seeing my husband anymore, I think was beyond belief....Hopefully if you have been a patient for years hopefully he wont do this to you also.....
