Unprofessional all around at this office, from the doctor to the receptionists. No one knows anything and the music is TOO LOUD.

Bad service all a way around except for the counselor. The doctor is very unprofessional and looks unprofessional. The receptionist and the labs guy are very rude. They treat you like you are trash and don't care about you. The music is to loud. Wait times are ridiculous. They treat people like they are kids. Don't go there if you want to be treated with respect.

I have no problem with her she is a great Dr . The receptionist needs improvement, the wait time needs improvement and last but not least please Dr Pitts turn down the music , it's really loud !!!!!

Worst experience with. Doctor ever. Absolutely sickening, and then I found out after my appointment that she billed Medicaid for 3 visits and I only went once.

Very personable, listens to you an does not rush you out. Caring and very concerned with your health problems.
