Loves to cancel on you last minute then say the best they can do is months out. No thank you! I'll take my child to a doctor that actually cares enough to spend time in office. I did not cancel the appointment, the doctor did TWICE. I waited my time patiently (till I was done being patient) and when YOU cancelled on me the best you can say is "we are so backed up it won't be until July....." Someone please explain to me why I'm being pushed to the back of the line, and those who have waited less time then me are being seen... Your system isn't working. You're not a surgeon, so what possible explanation do you have to keep canceling on your patients?!?!?

Dr Shotts, is the best Doctor ever, I'm the type of Farther that if anything is wrong with my daughter, I really freak out more than my wife does. To me Doctor Shotts is a diamond, she knows what she's doing, more importantly she doesn't give you false hope. I'm telling you if you can get an appointment with Doctor Shotts you wont be disappointed. PS I've come across Doctors in the past that don't care, but this Doctor is one of the best Doctors I've had Sam
