This doctor is under legal investigation by the Medical Board of Arizona for manipulating his patients to avoid problems he was having with the DEA. He loves money, not the people that charges $500 a visit to "treat" with his all female non-doctor staff filling and signing the prescriptions for him.

He risked my life because he was afraid of what the DEA might do to him for over-prescribing. He loudly verbally abused and degraded me to make me accept treatment for seizures, which I do not have. He charges Medicaid $500 per visit and charges patients $30 for access to their own medical records.

They schedule appts and wouldn't call about and after missing three they kick you out their office I was left with no consultation from xrays of my chest its Ridiculous.....

The DEA was threatening Chavez because he was over prescribing opiates for profit along with Zenpep, at 1000$ a month. I didn't need it but he kept prescribing it.I Without the medications that he established for me I go to the ER in pain. He knows that. He called me a bum. He knows i'm disabled but he did this anyway.

To protect his abuse of opioid over-prescribing, he harmed his patients in order to protect himself from his fears of the DEA and put us all on questionable treatments across the board because of his cover-up.

The doctor is always very courteous and concerned about my issues. Staff is efficient and friendly. Office is state of the art, with computer records and online patient portal where I can see all of my information.
