Dr. Veronica Silvia Gipps, MD

Rosa was rude but she no longer works at office. I was reading the reviews and confused. I’ve been going to Dr Gipps along time. She really cares about her patients. She listens to me and I am cranky and complain a lot! I like her-she tells me the truth and gives me options on my care. She is very knowledgeable and i have recommended her to both friends and family.

She knows how to read a patient. She always looks to see if there could be more than one cause for an illness. She has a gentle bedside manner & is very honest with patients with prognosis & does not waste time while treating.

I called 4 x about the huge stack of prescriptions she wrote my mom. Two were different brands, same exact drug! If my mom filled both, she'd be double dosing. No reply ever, despite the answering service swearing they gave her my messages. If she doesn't know the chemical nature of the drugs she prescribes, she's incompetent and dangerous. At best, she's rude to not reply to my calls. Zero stars!!!

Clean, full of magazines &the doctor &staffarewonderful. Rosa helped me verify my insurance coverage. The office is always full. Very charming place in downtown ft laud. I have referred friends & family to dr gipps. Kudos to that great office.

IF THIS OFFICE WANTS TO REMAIN IN BUSINESS, BEST ADVICE IS TO GET RID OF THEIR OFFICE MANAGER, ROSE. SHE'S UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DOES NOT TREAT PATIENTS WITH ANY RESPECT. WILL DEFINITELY NOT RETURN TO THIS OFFICE!
