Dr. Veronica Rodriguez, MD

Once upon a time, Dr. Veronica was a 5-star doctor. But we can no longer recommend her! The quality of care is NOT the same -- she acts disconnected and disinterested at our appointments! The latest : She prescribed insulin for my elderly mother WITHOUT providing any counsel or follow-up. We called the office five times only to be disconnected every single time. We ALSO sent multiple messages through the patient portal. This was six weeks ago -- and still NO response! This is UNACCEPTABLE! It hurts and is disappointing that after being with Dr. Veronica since 2012, we are forced to find another doctor.

This doctor Veronica, didn’t order labs for my mother If I could give this -0 stars I would!!! Ok first of all no ONE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE, I had to go tho the office!!”””the doctor is very neglected, did not send my mother for labs, it was a very serious stomach issue and she gave her medication without knowing the cause of the problem, now my mother didn’t make it, so I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR TO ANYONE, I LOST my mother thanks to a negligence of a dr. She didn’t even refer her to a specialist!!! I would sue this practice but honestly that will not give me my mother back.

Their telephone service is terrible. You wait on hold forever and then in the end the call gets disconnected. Doesnt matter how many times you try you get the same result. So frustrating

NEVER answered a phone call, even though it'll say you're the 1st in the cue, IT'LL HANGED UP!! SO FRUSTRATING, THEY'RE ONLY EXCUSE WAS THEY'RE WORKING ON IT...BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY, IT'S BEEN MORE THAN A YR OF "WORKING ON IT!" Ridiculous for a clinic that's received 4.4 in rating!

Some wait times are longer than others but this is a very busy office.

DO NOT CONTACT and expect to obtain a referral for services to a specialist. The referral coordinator is never available and seems to be the only person that understands what is required to obtain a referral. When you leave detailed messages to relay to the referral coordinator they are NEVER followed up and there's never a history of your call and request. This office needs to hire competent staff members to work the front desk. Same outcome for two (2) years.

I have lived in Atlanta area for nearly 40 years and have multiple health issues. Dr Veronica Rodriguez is the most caring doctor I have ever had in this area.

I almost hate rating them so highly because they are already so busy but this whole office is great and there is nothing else to say. The doctors are great and very knowledgeable, their staff is kind and loving. Without the best doctors and office staff I have ever been around.

I am a patient of Dr. V. Rodriguez. She is an excellent Doctor as well as a person. She dedicates enough time for the patient. I highly recommend her.

Best doctor I have ever had and office staff and other doctors are the same. I have a wonderful experience every time I go in there. They keep me going and I don't think you could say that for many doctors as I have some major illnesses and she keeps me functional.
