Dr. Veronica Guadalupe Ruiz, MD

I have been seeing Dr ruiz for a few years. She is a good doctor but rockwood didnt drive her away. She refused to take her board certification exam and after 4 years of refusing to take it they finally let her go. She didnt tell any of her patients why she actually left. I only got a letter from her telling me she was leaving and that I had to find a new doctor. I wish she had done her job like she was supposed to

I saw Dr. Ruiz about one to two times a year for five years, and she was amazing. Basically knew what I needed before I knew. I don't know what Rockwood did to drive her away, but they basically lost one of their best doctors. I understand not everybody's experience will be the same, but she was seriously the best doctor I've had as an adult. Understanding, friendly, funny; she made my annual visits a lot less stressful on me, and when somebody's rummaging around in your bits, any bit of less stress is fantastic. If I ever find out where she moved to, I'd beg her to take me back as a patient.

Dr. Veronica Ruiz has amazing bedside manner, however while pregnant with my child she failed to tell me medical issues plaguing my unborn child that she was aware of 10 weeks before the birth of my chid. My child had to be mediflighted to a hospital equipped to care for her. The medical issues could have been fatal.
