Dr. Veronika Anna Nicholson, MD

I went to an urgent care because my blood pressure was through the roof and this woman was the Dr there. First she made me wait almost 3 hours while she tapped away on a computer in an office even though I was one of only 2 patients there. Then her patronizing attitude was the most unprofessional I've ever experienced from a doctor. She treated me like I was making up my symptoms and rolled her eyes and told me to go get a CAT scan. (I didn't). It was obvious she could careless about anyone but herself. I paid a 65 dollar copay for nothing! Then she has the audacity to bill me another 60 bucks in the mail 2 months later. DO NOT waste your time and money on this terrible self righteous "doctor."

Dr nicholson is one of the most qualified and professional individuals I have met. She has a wide variety of specialties for the whole family and has become the Doctor of my family personally. I highly recommend her for any of your healthcare needs.

Very good doctor. I think everyone goes o Dr. Nicholson seeking disability or a quick note. She is very thorough.

Needs to take training classes on how to talk to people.

If you are looking for a doctor who is really looking to help you get healthy again PLEASE DO NOT SELECT THIS WOMAN! She is a disgrace to her profession! She don't deserve one star but I had to give her at least one to submit my review!

Yes; she is a doctor for the company. She will make sure that the company comes out on top if it's for workmen's comp. She won't care about the fact that you need tx. She's there to make sure the company don't spend any more money on you. S he makes you feel like you were faking your injuries. You feel like a fool for even trusting OWCP and her.

If your looking for treatment of a medical problem, this is not your doctor. If you need alot of expensive tests with extensive amount of follow up visits designed to increase revenue look no further. The poor patronizing attitude is obvious immediately and i imagine is to cover her lack of working knowledge. The checklist is to ensure she has covered all areas kinda like McDonalds hamburger assembly checklist. Her position is more in line with a workers compensation yes doctor to insurance companies and occupational workers pre screen. I am sure treating paying patients who have expectations beyond a checklist is overwhelming. Her role is to make insurance companies happy not the patients.

Patronizing attitude, checklist medicine. Too busy writing in file to listen. I wouldn't willingly choose this doctor for my primary care physician. Have to wonder why board certified in Pediatrics is working in occupational medicine equivalent of McDonalds.....

Seems to be more interested in generating reasons for follow-up visits than anything else. I would describe the practice as "Assembly-line medicine".
