I really had a bad experience.

Complete joke and waste of my cash pay money. Do not see this Dr. I wasn't there to get his opinion I have multiple referrals and Dr's recommending lumbar surgery. He is not competent to handle lumbar spine issues. I went to him based on location as I did not want to travel 45 mins plus to other neurosurgeons or out of state for surgery. He took about 3 mins with me pronounced my symptoms didn't exist and I needed physical therapy. Arrogance level extremely high staff talks down to educated patients. Again can not reiterate this enough this surgeon is not competent to evaluate lumbar spine issues and his diagnosis and recommendations fly in the face of at least 5 others. Joke and waste of time.

I have seen Dr Osborne for several issues and conditions. He is a no fuss, no muss kind of doctor. He always has the answer and has taken care of the problem each and every visit. I am not big on pain prescriptions, he knows and appreciates my position. I have referred him often and will continue to do so as long as he is in practice.

I was involved in a cycling accident where my clavicle break was too separated for it to mend properly on its own. Dr. Osborne immediately told me I'd require surgery and was very precise and informative about my treatment. I don't know him personally but he seems like an athlete himself and so I felt very comfortable and at ease with him. The surgery went well, my scar is minimal and I'm having a speedy recovery. The follow ups have been great and the staff attentive.

I have seen Dr. Osborne for two separate problems. The first time he recommended knee replacement which he performed with great results. I have a very thin scar. The second time was for the other knee. He gave me the option of a cortisone injection or physical therapy since the knee did not need replacement. I chose PT. This gave me good results. No one, including Dr. Osborne has ever had an attitude with me or treated me with anything less than total respect. I will be seeing him again anytime I have the need to do so.

WENT IN ON WORKERS COMP CLAIM AND AFTER A WHILE HE TOLD ME MY CONDITION IS PERMANENT. GAVE MY EMPLOYER HIS PAPERWORK, EMPLOYER DID NOT LIKE IT AND I WAS TERMINATED. THE REPORT SHOWS ZERO PERCENT PERMANENT. THIS DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE. STAFF WAS RUDE BUT ONCE INSIDE THE ROOM THEY WERE PLEASANT, SO AGAIN CONFUSING.

I saw Dr.Osborne today for a 2nd opinion. I had a cervical artificial disc replacement last year, and I'm still experiencing excrutiating pain, as well as hands that have so much electricity, it make it hard to do much of anything. After having tried every imaginable means of conservative treatments, I need answers. Dr.Osborne didn't seem to know how to read my mri discs; so rather than try to find the problem, he simply dismissed me by telling me to decrease my pain meds, and start taking anti-depressants. I left his office highly insulted, and without a trace of a solution.Dr.Osborne was not only an insulting waste of time, but quite frankly a waste of my $15 copay. It seems that he isn't knowledgeable regarding neck/back issues, so he becomes arrogant to hide his incompetance.

I have known DR.Osborne for a few years he helped me with my knee a few years ago..but then last year I had horrible pain in my right hip. Dr. Osborne had me get xrays in Oct 2010. Well I got results back with bad news..I had to have a total hip replacement.. This was done 6-28-11 and all I can say about this Doctor is WOW he did an AMAZING job..I have NO pain no complications and the scar is a thin line almost unnoticable. He is jst one of a kind, he took real good care of me. He is very patient,kind, professional and so trust worthy.I have had many surgeries in the past with always complications...Dr Osborne made every effort to make sure I had the BEST care..I feel soo much better. I will always be thankful for him and also his staff.I personally,trust him with my life because he saved mine because i couldn't take it anymore..He truly is the best and would and will refer him to anybody that needs a GREAT Orthopedic Surgeon. And as for Orthopedic Medical Group? They always are very… kind to me, and help me set my app. when I need it. And jst a great group of employees. I am going to have my left hip done someday and this is the ONLY Doctor that will do it. I am truly thankful for Dr. Osborne and his staff for changing my life...

In Approx. May 1998 I went to him for a mandatory Visit for a work related back injury Dr. Osborne performed simple request for me to squat and to touch my toes. I couldn't perform either of these functions without excruciating pain. Dr Osborne Told me I was OK,go back to work on light duty for 2 weeks and come back to his office for a followup exam. At that time he asked me to perform the same function tests from my first visit. He told me I was fine and released me back to full duty. two weeks later I re injured my back so bad that I was never able to return to work Again.

Last year I fell and broke my right arm in 3 places. I was refered to another Dr. and for almost 3 weeks went basically unattended and in a lot of pain. Dr. Osborne was then recommended and I firmly believe that had it not been for him, his staff and his rehab center in Glendora, I would have lost the use of my right arm completely. That would have been disastrous in any case, but the fact that I am right handed, made it even worse. In this past year, I have found neither any of his staff,nor him to be unsynpathetic to any of my pain or questions. They all have acted in a professional manner, and have treated with the utmost respect. I would and do recommend him to any one.
