Dr. Vicente Karlos Arcos, MD

If only I can give Dr. Arcos Vicente a zero but unfortunately I have to put 1 star to be able to write a review. My husbands experience on his surgery was awful. The doctor cut on the wrong incision and did another incision which now is a long stitches. My husband got his bladder removed which he said it will be 1 hour to 2 hours. Instead it took 4 hours because of the wrong cut/wrong incision. When my husband and I went to see one of his partners two days after surgery, at their office clinic, Dr. Arcos Vicente was rude. On our way out after the appointment, my husband and I saw Dr. Arcos Vicente coming in the building and went passed us. Looked directly at us but no acknowledgement or approach saying, hey how are you feeling. He just walked so fast to avoid us. Plus when he explains information, he talks so fast like he wants to just give information and leave. That’s how it felt. Very rude and unprofessional Doctor. I’ve been seen with different doctors from Edward’s Hospital… but never had this experience. Very upsetting and disappointed!!!
