This doctor truly does have a lot to learn about listening to exactly what patients are trying to tell him. He tends to only hear what he wants to hear and then hurry to make rash decisions that will affect a person for the rest of their lives if they don't do something to hold him accountable. He only heard part of what I said and immediately ordered a psych evaluation for depression. When I refused it because I happen to be an extremely happy, positive person who happened to be frustrated and in pain but he refused to correct his error. And if he would have bothered to ask any of the nurses on the floor who all know me well from my numerous hospital stays, they would have told him the same thing. Psych was completely not needed if he had taken time to know me or to listen. You made a HUGE mistake on this call doctor, and you need to fix it immediately unless you want a libel suit for slander. And that sir, is a promise! You are not above the law because I have the proof to back up my… claims.

Incredible bedside manner, caring, intelligent, and willing to explain complicated conditions and reasoning behind tests, etc. I trusted this doctor with my life, and he is the reason I'm still here today!

I just had to give Dr. Figueroa-Diaz a positive review, as he is a caring, knowledgeable physician with great bedside manner. He took his time helping me, and seems like he really values the care he provides for his patients. He provided me hope and after treatment, I felt so much better. He is a quality person and can only see that he encourages his patients to move past their ailments. I highly recommend him.

This Dr. Has alot to learn about age discrimination. Beware young adults with disabilities, this doctor will discriminate if you are young, and have a physical disability based on his own perception that you are to young to be disabled. He will infact, encourage physical activity, when a patient even admits that he, or she will become more injured by physical activity. I understand the you can do it attitude, but it does not replace the reality of a physical limitation. Some people have already reached thier full physical limitations, dont be fooled by our age, your foolish pride, and attitude will be your down fall Dr
