Dr. Vicki L Bralow, DO

As a Senior Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley with two young children it's important for me to be treated by my doctor the way I run my business for my clients. Vicki is smart, extremely responsive, and totally dependable. Plus she has encouraged me to make changes that have improved my health. I can't be happier with my experience!

My appointment was supposed to be an hour ago. I asked the staff if I was going to be seen soin. The miserable girl at the front desk said that the dr is probably "looking over my chart." Her staff is EXTREMELY RUDE and nees to get out of this business.

I will never return. As a military wife, I have been to many physicians offices, and have never had such a horrible experience. The first time I went I had a horrible ankle sprain and they sent me to the hospital to get exams. I called to check up and make sure they got everything - and NEVER heard back from them. I spent two weeks in pain with no answers. The second time I went to the office was for a TB test. They gave me test on Monday - told me to come back Wednesday - BUT they had shut down the office for training. They didn't answer their phones for the next two weeks - nor answer any email. I was so aggravated, but they didn't even apologize. Tried to reschedule me for another TB shot - I will never return to this office and will never recommend this office to anyone (even an enemy).

I have been a patient of Dr Bralow for over 10 years. Aside from an occasional long wait, I have no complaints on any score. She treats me like an intelligent, educated human being and also has a great sense of humor. Most of all, she cares.

I have been seeing Dr. Bralow for about three years for general stuff including high lipids, blood pressure. Like many DOs she is very engaged with her patients, who are a real mix of ages and ethnicity, like her community in South Philly. The office is an old-timey warren of rooms and halls, but the staff know everyone, and are always courteous and caring, like before caring became a routine smile. I feel very comfy in the office and with Dr. Bralows skills. For me this has made it possible to face up to doctor visits without trepidation (although the weigh-in is still scary). Recommend highly.
