Dr. Victoria A Walton, MD

Dr. Victoria Walton was my neurologist for Epilepsy for 20+ years, and had I not left California, I would still be going to her. She is very good, very professional, very thorough, and very caring. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a good neurologist.

Did not like office staff. She rushed my appointment and was very cold and uncaring.

wow I will never go to this office!! I called to be seen ive been fighting sense I was 15 when I first hurt myself to get help an keep getting treated likeajokebecause of my age I called an whoeverpicked up said she doesn't think she will see me because I sound young and don't think the problem is that serious. are you kidding me!?

The staff is on point always get an appointment asap dont spend that much time their im in and out of the office.

From experience I knew to be on time as Dr. Walton is very punctual. A hallway was a little of a mess and partially blocked due to maintenance but staff was very helpfull & pleasant. Dr. Walton is so personable, careing, & absolutely knows her profession. I had been to Stanford & they admire her, as do I.

I love Dr. Walton! I have been seeing her on and off for 10 years, but I needed to be seen recently and made an appointment. I would have to wait two months to see her. I called the day of appointment to confirm because I had not received any call from the office. I was told not to come in because I did not have an appointment! I was devastated. I waited two months only to be told that I was not on the appointment book. Really, like I made that up with a time and date?? The front office is going to ruin her reputation as a five star neurologist. They made another appointment with me and told me they were going to call and "remind me" (like I was the one who had screwed up)two days prior to my appointment. Nope. I never received a phone call and missed that appointment because Rubin did not follow up like he said he would. He specifically told me not to show up until he called to confirm, so I did not go that morning. As I work full-time, I did not call early enough the day before… to confirm myself, but I called during lunch on the day I had the appointment to ask what happened to my confirmation phone call by him and he remained quiet. Not a word. Very disappointed in what is happening in her office.

The doctor was professional. I wish I could say the same about the staff. I came with my appointment card that showed the date and time and was turned away saying I did not have an appointment . Had to come back another day.

Excellent Nero, Don't go to anybody else in Fresno. Only One person in front office who is still a pain. Excellent care. Excellent diagnostician. Excellent bedside manner. Spends time to answer ALL questions.

Watching Dr. Walton with other patients is a wonderfully heartwarming. She is so gentle.
