Left an honest review of the horrible patient experience I’ve had at this medical practice despite having been a patient for over 4 years. (Things were good before the pandemic but have gone downhill quickly since Covid broke out) In response the doctor and her office staff told me they’d prefer to drop me as a patient over a series of rude phone calls instead of addressing my reasonable and valid concerns. (Such as, Dr. Samuel’s not being available to this practice AT ALL until after the listed business hours, causing many issues for patients in terms of having prescriptions sent out and adjusted when necessary) Do you want to be seen by a doctor who treats her patients with respect and respects their time? Go seek care elsewhere. The office staff is so incredibly rude and impatient, it almost seems encouraged by Dr. Samuels herself. Other people have left similar reviews about the office staff being so disrespectful and disorganized. Horrible horrible patient experience. Avoid at… all costs A doctor that asks her staff to berate patients for saying they’ve had a bad experience at her medical practice Is not the kind of person you want to be handling your mental health treatment. Shameful
