Dr. Victor Choy Ching, MD

His office staff are ignorant and stupid. This doctor used to be a great doctor in his early years, but has changed with his age. No compassion or caring for any patient that questions him in any way. Look out if you need to call him after hours. Talk about rude and insulting. He used to be a nice guy, but boy has my view of him changed. What a disappointment.

This doctor used to be kind and caring, but the years have gone to his head. He has a big ego and if you don't do what he wants, he gets really mad! His office staff is uneducated and rude. They cannot even get my last name right, even though it is clearly printed on my insurance card. He stands by his uneducated staff and if you insult them, look out! It is his way or nothing, be prepared. He diagnosed me WRONG!! I went to another doctor and had a completely different treatment which was successful and not invasive like he was ready to do. I would rather DIE than ever have him touch me again.

Scheduled a surgery thirty days out. Gave the secretary my insurance info and she said it was good to go. Two days before the surgery she calls and says our bad, you have an hmo and we only take ppo. Now I have to make another appointment and wait another thirty days. Secretary didn't even care about the inconvenience to me.

He is helpful and courteous. He office staff is kind of indifferent.

Within 10 min of my first visit, Dr. Ching discovered my problem - when other dr's couldn't. He performed a minor surgery on me and it resolved all my issues. I truly respect this Dr., and his personality is funny, smart, and kind. A great physician.
