Dr. Victor Francisco Coloso, MD

I think he’s an awesome doctor, very detailed, available when my wife and I asked for him to answer our grandson’s condition and care. He’s an asset to Fort smith and the families he has helped and continue to serve! You’re appreciated!

He always took the time to explain and update my daughter and I about my grand daughter condition. He even came back to the hospital after hours just to meet me and addressed our concerns. He was very reassuring, provided literature, options and made us feel as part of the care team.

He is the most compassionate doctor I have seen. he took care and save my baby's life. took the time to explain about the findings, showed us my baby's X-ray, how he was going to treat her. He reminded us to take things one day at a time. His staff are equally attentive and caring. We took home a healthy baby and growing well.

I was baffled by the other reviews. My son is in the NICU and he explained the reasons why my baby had to be treated, went over the treatment plans, even let us see the X-ray and explained it so I can understand what is going on. He was very reassuring and I did not have any problems understanding him. He spoke perfect English. My wife and I both appreciated that he took the time with us and I am very grateful for him and his staff. I did not understand the previous review/ comment about his income and not caring for the babies! That is an odd comment. Huh? I wonder how someone can know his income to the exact. We have Medicaid and he did not treat my baby any different.

My daughter swallowed amniotic fluid and got pneumonia and Dr Coloso was a very caring Dr He took great care of my princess he explained everything so I understood if i did not understand his accent and asked questions he did not get mad or treat me like I was stupid he explained everything so I understood I love Dr Coloso and all his staff in the NICU!

He took the time to explain the problems and what will be done on my baby. He spoke English fluently and explained things in a simplified way.

I have 2 son and both were in the NICU and treated by Dr. Coloso and his staff. He is a great Doctor. He and his staff are wonderful, caring. he is not in it for the $$ maybe you just have bad insurance my son's were both in the NICU for 5 days each and his part of the bill was under $1500. the only comment i would halfway agree on is the time he may spend with his own kids. he was there at all hours of the night to care for these little blessing, but did leave all times of the day to take his daughter to dance class. he and his staff are a great blessing for our area.
