I came to see him 16 weeks pregnant concerned of weight gain, weighing only 114 pounds, nausea and vomiting. He said ‘by looking at me he could tell I was fine, and 90% of the time he is correct’ I went in asking for an ultrasound to confirm my concerns, he basically dismissed me. I asked about being a high risk, and he said only patients that have diabetes and thyroid conditions in their families are at risk. I expressed that numerous of my family members have diabetes and I have a thyroid condition. He dismissed that too. I went in looking for reassurance and he did the opposite. Not someone you want when you have pregnancy concerns.

This doctor is very thorough- he listens and asks good questions. Nice office and great office team! I recommend this doctor

I called for a simple yearly pap and mammogram appt and for weeks they were calling me telling me my insurance won’t cover the fee. This is not so. I called my insurance company and they said it is covered so I called the doc office and they said they will not call the insurance company and that would be fraud? Then the billing lady called me and was so rude and impossible to make any sense of her not wanting to call my insurance company. I’ve been going there for a few years and get pap mammogram every year. All of a sudden was a huge problem for them. Disgusting.

Very nice doctor, appts always seem rushed, but its a big practice so that is understandable. Long hold when calling to make an appt, but once I had an after hours emergency and on call physician was very prompt about calling me back. So far no bad experiences w/ anyone at practice. If youre looking for a gyno, I would definitely recommend Dr. I.

The office staff was rude from the time I walked in 15 minutes before my appointment. They were insistent that I owed a copay, which I did not and after 45 minutes of waiting they finally called the indurance company to verify that in fact I owed no copay. I waited 10 days to hear back from his office about filling a prescription and 2 weeks before my pap smear report that they would not release to me without paying for it at the office to the tune of $1.00 per page. Only after speaking with the office manager was I dinally sent a copy of the test. These people are rude.
